Nasi Beriyani | Briyani rice


Bahan-bahan ( utk 1 family boleh kot?hehe )

BAHAN ASAS :
Beras Basmathi (sukatan 4 pot)
Rempah briyani (slalunya fmly pakai yang beli kat Haniffa)
Susu cair dan minyak sapi
Rempah tumis 2 paket kecil (bunga lawang, kayu manis, bunga cengkih)




BAHAN UTK KISAR :


Halia (besar ibu jari)
Bawang putih (9 biji)
Bawang merah (7biji)


BAHAN HIASAN :
Daun bawang dan daun sup yang di potong dan bawang goreng







  1. Panaskan minyak sapi lbh kurang 1 senduk supaya mnjadi minyak dan tumis rempah tumis (bunga lawang, kayu manis, bunga cengkih dll)
  2. Masukkan bahan2 yang di kisar tadi, tumis hingga naik bau dan masukkan rempah briyani ADABI dan letak susu cair lbh kurang 1/2 tin
  3. Basuh beras dan letak sukatan air yg sama banyak dengan beras.. kemudian masukkan bahan yang telah di tumis tadi ke dalam periuk nasi yg berisi beras yang sudah di basuh tadi..
  4. Bila nasi da masak.. tunggu skejap.. jangan trus letak perwarna.. takut nanti warna tu kembang meresap ke smua nasi.. bila da rasa perlu, baru letak perwarna dan hias dengan bahan hiasan.. :)

Recipe : caramel frappucino cupcakes | Fatin Suhana


Ingredients :
1-3/4 cups all purpose flour
2 cups sugar
3/4 cups cocoa powder
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 large eggs (make sure in room temperature)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup freshly brewed hot coffee
1 tsp espresso powder (if coffee lover blh letak, if not tak
letak pun takpe sebab rasa coffee dah kuat mcm badang. huh?)

How to make ze cupcakes :
1. Preheat oven to 150C
2. In a medium sized bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda,
baking powder and salt.
3. Brew the coffee and dissolve the espresso powder in the coffee
4. In the bowl of an electric mixture, beat buttermilk, oil, eggs and vanilla together
on medium speed untill well combined
5. with the mixer on slow speed, add the dry ingredients in 3 batches, mixing untill only
just incorporated
6.Add the coffee and stir until combined, scraping the bottom of the bowl with a 
rubber spatula
7. Fill cupcakes liners a little more than halfway (3/4) and bake for 15-20mins, or
untill cake tester comes out clean.

caramel sauce :

1/2 cup heavy cream
3tbsp butter
3tbsp light corn syrup
1-1/2 cup packed light brown sugar 
How to make 'em :
1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan, bring to a boil, and boil briskly for few minutes,
stirring occasionally
2. Cool before placing a piping bag or plastic squeeze bottle 
3. once the cupcake are cooled, use a serrated knife to cut out a small cone-shaped chunk
from each cupcake. ( u can use ur own creativity on how to dig the cuppies if u
don't have the knife actually)
4. Fill with caramel, cover hole with slice of cake. you can top with whipped cream
and drizzle more caramel on top of that or just leave it as simple as it can be.
because we already caramel filling inside :)

how i put the filling

recipe : chocolate pandan cupcake | Fatin Suhana


bahan-bahan : 

250 gram mentega- cairkan dan sejukkan
250 gram gula kastor
250 gram tepung gandum, diayak
8 biji telur
1 sudu besar ovallete
4 sudu besar susu pekat manis
2 sudu besar serbuk koko
1 sudu kecil esen vanilla
1 sudu besar chocolate emulco
1 sudu kecil pes pandan
pewarna kuning dan hijau


buat corak marble sebab malas nak deco or letak whipped cream bagai. bernas tak. bernas tak. ;p

the cupcakes :)

Cara-cara :
1. panaskan oven pada 170C
2. susun cawan kertas dalam loyang, ketepikan
3. dlm mixing bowl, masukkan tepung, gula kastor, ovallete, telur n susu pekat manis.
kacau rata dengan whisk sampai semua sebati.
4. then, putar pada high speed hingga kembang dan gebu (lebih kurang 7-8 minit)
5. tuang mentega cair dan gaul rata dgn spatula
6. bahagikan pada 3 bahagian sama banyak, satu diletak pandan paste dan pewarna hijau (kacau rata)
satu lagi diletak chocolate emulco n serbuk koko (kacau rata)
the other one, letakkan paste vanilla dan sedikit warna kuning (kacau rata)
7. sudukan cara berselang seli antara adunan pandan, kuning dan coklat (or ikut suka korang lah.aha)
8. bakar hingga masak (around 20-25 mins)
9. keluarkan kek dan siapp :)

Pasta goreng CItarasa Melayu | Cik Epal


Bahan-bahan nak buat pasta goreng ni senang je:

  1. Sos Cili (ni letak sikit je)
  2. Sos Tomato (ni letak banyak sikit, biar rasa masam-masam)
  3. Sos Tiram (suka hati nak letak berapa banyak. Agak-agak lah)
  4. Maggi Cukup Rasa (letak lah secukup rasa anda)
  5. Sepaket pasta 250g (tak kesah bentuk apa pon, tapi ni aku buat separuh je untuk satu family makan)
  6. Garam dan gula secukup rasa
  7. Cili Kering
Penyedian Bahan


: Cili Kering 
Cili kering. Rebus dulu pastu kasi blander. Blander lah sekali dengan SATU biji bawang besar dengan EMPAT ulas bawang putih. Bawang besar dengan bawang putih nak tumbuk pon boleh. Lagi sedap kalau tumbuk.



 : Daging cincang
Daging cincang Ramly. Agak agak lah nak guna berapa banyak. Jangan letak sepaket tu pulak. Banyak sangat tu. Sebab ni untuk setengah paket pasta je





: Additional Protein ( Protein Tambahan)
Seafood. Sotong kecik dalam 5 ekor. Letak udang pon lagi sedap. Sebab tak ada udang, aku ganti dengan crabstick.

Dua-dua tu crabstick sebenarnya. Ada yang potong panjang-panjang, ada potong dadu.
 



: Lobak Merah
Carrot. Potong panjang-panjang jugak. Nak potong dadu pon boleh. Tak nak letak pon boleh. Suka hati jer.




: Pasta
Pasta yang sudah di celur. Cara nak celur, letak air,pasta,minyak, dan garam sikit. Pastu celur dalam 8 minit. Angkat dan ketepikan.



Cara nya senang je. Campak-campak je semua bahan-bahan di atas.

1- Letak minyak, banyak sikit kalau boleh. Tumis cili kisar,bawang besar dengan bawang putih tu sampai naik bau dan garing. 
Tumis lama-lama sikit bagi sambal tu pecah minyak. Atas api sederhana ye.Tumis tu jangan kejap sangat. Karang kejap sangat tak sedap. 


2-Then masuk kan sos cili, sos tomato (banyak sikit), sos tiram, gula dan garam secukup rasa.


3- Dah agak-agak pecah minyak, masuk kan daging cincang



4- Masak-masak lama sikit lepastu masuk kan sotong pulak. Agak-agak sotong tu dah masak, campak kan carrot pulak. Pastu campak pulak crabstick yang pelbagai saiz itu.


5-  Akhir sekali masuk pasta. Kacau punya kacau. Siap dah!!

Haaa senang kan? Pejam mata pon boleh buat. ecehhh. Pejam mata betul-betul karang, mahu terbalik pulak kuali.




Letak kan Timun untuk dimakan sekali.. sedap tau.. 


dah try dah ni.. mmg sedap kot.. CIk epal post and trus buat untuk mkn petang.. semua bahan kebetulan ada... tapi tukar sotong tu dengan ayam sbb tak campur dengan seafood..


sungguh sedap dan memang cita rasa melayu.

Penang Char Hor Fun Recipe



This is one of my favorites food! I must stressed this dish is created in the Penang way. You can get similar kind of Hor Fun almost everywhere in Malaysia. The one and only Penang style Hor Fun is slightly darker and is stir fry with soy sauce!
Ingredients:
1/2 pack hor fun or flat rice noodles ( I bought the ready to eat from the fridge section of Asian grocery)
1/2 pack vermicelli (optional)
3 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
12 shrimp (peeled)
12 thin pieces of fish cake
2 tablespoons corn flour
white pepper to taste
1 teaspoon of chicken stock
5 Bok Choy (cut into 2-inch length)
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon mince garlic
Method:
  1. Soak the hor fun/flat rice noodle in hot water for 5 mins or until soft.
  2. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a wok. Place the hor fun/flat rice noodle into the wok and add soy sauce and dark soy sauce and stir until the sauces and hor fun/flat rice noodle are well blended. Dish up and set aside.
  3. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil and cook garlic, prawns and fish cake. Add oyster sauce, soy sauce and white pepper.
  4. Add the chicken stock and 1/4 cup of water immediately and bring it to boil.
  5. Add in the starch mixture (corn flour & water) to thicken the gravy and cracked an egg into the mixture.
  6. Add in the Bok Choy, do a quick stir and turn off the heat.
Pour the gravy and toppings on the hor fun/flat rice noodle. Serve hot.

Sago Gula Melaka



Yummy Yummy Malaysian dessert! Warning: Can be abit too strong for you is you are not a big fan of coconut milk! But trust me, you gotta try this :)
Ingredients:
1 cup small sago pearls
5 cups water 4 pieces pandan leaves
200g gula melaka, chopped into small pieces
1 can of coconut milk a pinch of salt (optional)
Method:
1. Put water and pandan leaves into a pot and boil 10 minutes so the pandan flavor comes out. Remove the leaves. Throw in the sago pearls, stir well. Let it simmer 10 minutes, stirring all the time. The pearls will turn transparent but there will still be a dot of white in the middle. Turn off the heat, put the lid on and leave 10 minutes till the sago all turned transparent.
2. Pour the sago through a metal sieve over the sink and stir with a spoon so that the glue will run through the sieve, leaving just the sago pearls. Scoop sago in serving cup and let it chill in the fridge for unless couple of hours.
3. Meantime, melt the gula melaka with water in a small pot over low heat. Do not stir, just let the sugar thicken into a thin syrup. Let it cool; it will thicken slightly.
4. Serve chilled sago pudding with the gula melaka syrup and lots and lots of coconut milk.

Pan fried fish basil, cherry tomato balsamic sauce



this recipe was brought to u from Meal4two 
This dish is fool-proof! Really, trust me!

1 min to defrost the fish in microwave, 1 min to cut the tomatoes and marinate the fish and 10 min max to cook! it’s that easy!


Ingredients:

8-10 cherry tomatos
1 X fish fillet
Basil (Gourmet Garden Basil in tube)
Garlic (Gourmet Garden Garlic in tube)
Balsamic sauce
Salt & Pepper to taste

Method:
  1. Heat 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil on frying pan
  2. Seasoned the fish fillet with salt & pepper
  3. Place the fish fillet on the frying pan and pan fried on medium heat for about 2-3 mins on each side.
  4. Once the fish is cooked, set a side.
  5. Cut the cherry tomatos into half and cook them on medium hear on the frying pan. Cooked till the tomatos are soft and add a pinch of garlic.
    Add balsamic sauce ( more if you like more sauce, less if you like thick sauce)
  6. Toss the frying pan so the tomato and the balsamic sauce are well mixed.
  7. Spoon the mixture on top of the fish with a handful of fresh basil OR a few pinch of basil from the tube.
Fast, easy and fool-proof dinner in a flash!

Tips : Untuk mencuci muka dengan sempurna

oKep. . cara mencuci muka sangat sangat lah penting since kita kaan berdepan dengan cuaca yang kurang sehat kan? jadik marilah kita sma2 belajar cara cuci muka yang sebenar.

1. mula2 macam besa cuci muka dgn pencuci muka..ramai tau jg ba kan pencuci muka ni..byk d jual ni.

2. stim muka pakai wap air panas(campur Apple Cider vinegar/ jus limau) utk aroma & wap2 tu kan bfungsi mo kasi bersih lagi muka.

3. pakai mask(depends on U'r skin type) klu ada combination skin pakai mud mask d bhgn T-zone, yogurt d bhgn lain. tunggu sampai 10-15 mnt. lepas tu bilas muka pakai air besa jak.
4. stim lagi muka satu kali

5. scrub muka, jgn scrub muka d bhgn yg kering/ jerawat/bekas jerawat. yg ini 5-10 minit jak lepas tu bilas muka.

6. lepas tu sapu ais d muka (seluruh muka la lbh kurang) supaya pore atau lubang2 d muka yg tebuka masa d stim td kecut balik...atau guna gel mask yg sdh d simpan dlm peti sejuk(jgn simpan sampai keras)

7. last sekali, guna la toner ka, moisturiser ka...

p/s - buat salon ni 1 minggu skali jak.

ada satu lagi cara cam ni

1. Ikat rambut atau balutkan. Basuh muka menggunakan pembersih yg sesuai dgn jenis kulit muka. Bilas dgn air suam kuku & tekapkan muka dgn tuala utk mengeringkannya. Gunakan bebola kapas yg dicelup penyegar utk membersihkan sisa pembersih.


2. Sapukan penyental ketika muka masih lembap. Sental muka menggunakan pergerakan membulat & perlahan. Pastikan kita mengelakkan bahagian mata. Kemudian gunakan span & air utk membersihkannya.


3. Sebagai menggantikan wap, ambil tuala yg direndam ke dlm air panas (jgn terlalu panas), kemudian perah. Tutup muka dgn tuala tadi & ulangi apabila habanya mula hilang. Selepas itu bersihkan muka dgn menggunakan tisu.


4. Sapu pupur yg sesuai dgn muka. Jgn lupa bahagian leher & atas dada. Sebaiknya baring berehat selama 20 minit. Jika tak mahu membeli pupur, boleh juga buat sendiri. Resepi pupur buatan sendiri ialah dgn mencampurkan satu sudu kecil madu dgn minyak zaitun.


5. Selepas itu bersihkan pupur dgn air & span. Sapukan pelembap ke muka, leher & atas dada.. Pastikan kita berhati2 di bahagian kelopak mata & bawah mata.

rasa macam better to try this scarftsweet honey style.
it is very soft smooth and i wish to have all the color as my lazy to iron day coming.
